The JenQ Founding Story

JenQ Global Solutions was founded in 2012 in India by a team of industry veterans who recognized a fundamental gap in the outsourcing market. Traditional BPO providers offered cost savings but lacked the strategic depth, technology integration, and partnership ethos that modern enterprises needed to thrive in an increasingly competitive global landscape.
Starting with just 15 employees in a single office, we set out to build a different kind of outsourcing company — one that combined operational excellence with business intelligence, technology expertise, and a genuine commitment to client outcomes. Our first client, a mid-sized financial services firm, trusted us with their back-office operations. The success of that engagement laid the foundation for everything that followed.
By prioritizing quality over volume and investing deeply in our people and technology infrastructure, we grew organically through referrals and repeat business. Within three years, we had expanded to three continents and were serving Fortune 500 clients. Today, our team of over 2,000 professionals operates across 12+ delivery centers in 50+ countries, delivering integrated BPO, business intelligence, and technology solutions to more than 500 enterprise clients worldwide.
